Ho-hum. I meant to read it all, I tried, but it really is not my thing. I sampled and scanned my way through and found it to be pretty much common sense with an emphasis on being comfortable in your own skin and finding joy in life. Don't need to read a book for that. This book is some sort of a spin-off from the author's very successful "French women don't get fat". She has the ability to communicate well, and her writing is somewhat entertaining.
