Synopsis

The saga of Sword Art Online continues with three side stories set during the Aincrad and Alfheim eras. The game of death took its toll on every player in a different way--when one turns up dead on the fifty-seventh floor, the game's afoot, and it's up to Asuna and Kirito to crack the case. There's also the story of how Kirito got his Excalibur sword in Alfheim (with a little help from his friends). And when the game of death first began, Kirito learned a difficult lesson--one he would never forget.

The final story features a story taken back t......more

I kept thinking I needed to sit down and commit to at least an hour of reading, but I could never push past 15 minutes of reading. I was bored. I think......more

3.75⭐ ‘It wasn't about dying or living. There was no way for me to "earn" a real understanding of death here to begin with. Because in the real world, a place where death was just as permanent as here, I'd never been close enough to death to know. No, it was the fact that this was an alternate world.......more
