Sherwin Nuland, MD, was the author of bestselling nonfiction titles including How We Die, for which he won the National Book Award. He was a clinical professor of surgery at Yale University, where he taught medical history and bioethics. He died in 2014 in Hamden, Connecticut. Scott Brick, an acclaimed voice artist, screenwriter, and actor, has performed on film, television, and radio. His stage appearances throughout the US include Cyrano, Hamlet, and MacBeth.
